A highly experienced business advisor, coach, mentor, facilitator and project administrator, managing own consulting practice with emphasis on diagnosing business challenges and problems facing SMMEs; implementing improvement interventions in various sectors of the economy.
Coming from the corporate sector with a diverse skills set and over 12 years experience in finance, accounting hygiene, business management, project management, training and skills development.
My approach
Always putting more emphasis on business performance improvement practices measured through different metrics; notably, financial (profitability, market share, sales, ROI, ROE), non-financial (quality, efficiency, compliance, corporate governance) and operational metrics (operational efficiency, productivity, production costs, product/service quality, customer satisfaction levels, employee morale).
